Review, Documentation and Management of Tenants Alterations

We can provide technical overview in relation to assessing and managing the process of tenant alterations during the lease agreement including completion of the appropriate documentation to ensure the work is compliant and legally documented.

Terminal Inspections

We will be happy to work with your tenant or their advisors on the most appropriate route to discharge their obligations and, if applicable, reinstatement work.
